Meet the photographer

Hi, I'm Jen.

I'm a wife, mom of four, and photographer based in Navarre, Florida. I spent a decade photographing families along California's Central Coast before moving to the Gulf Coast, where I've now called Navarre home for more than five years.

I know how quickly kids grow, how rarely everyone is together, and how meaningful these photographs become with time. That's also why I help families choose where to shoot — weighing the light, the crowds, and the ages of your children — across Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Islands National Seashore, Gulf Breeze, and 30A, so the location works for your family instead of against it.

My sessions are relaxed and gently guided, with room for real laughter, movement, and connection — the kind of images that feel like your family, not just a pose.

What should we wear?

Soft neutrals, earth tones, and coordinating (not matching) colors work best against the Gulf Coast's natural backdrops. Avoid large logos or busy patterns, and feel free to send photos of outfit options ahead of time for guidance.

What if it rains?

Florida weather can be unpredictable, so sessions are rescheduled at no extra charge if rain or storms move in. Jen keeps an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to your session and will reach out early if a change is needed.

How long does a session last?

Most family sessions run 30 to 60 minutes, which is enough time to capture a full range of images without exhausting younger kids. Extended family and golden hour sessions may run a bit longer depending on group size.

How quickly will we receive our photos?

Edited galleries are typically delivered within 1 to 3 weeks of your session, ready to download, share, and print.

Can grandparents join?

Absolutely. Grandparents are a wonderful addition to a session, whether as part of the full group or for a few dedicated multi-generational portraits.
